Shipping & Returns

How long will delivery take?

Orders for seeds and tubers are shipped within 3 working days and should arrive within a week from the date of ordering (within the UK) and 14 days (European Union). Orders are sent by Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

Perennial kale cuttings are sent 1st class Royal Mail for quick delivery within the UK and are sent International tracked and signed service to Europe and arrive within 3 to 5 days. At our busiest time Jan – March orders may take slightly longer but we will notify you if this is the case.  Please see the guidelines below:

Shipping Costs

Shipping for all items is available throughout the UK and Europe. Seeds only can be sent if you live outside Europe.

Mainland UK Delivery

Shipping for seeds is a flat rate of £1.99 UK.
Shipping for tubers is flat rate of £3.95 UK.
Shipping for kale cuttings is £4.95 (up to 6 cuttings)
Shipping costs are combined for multiple items
Note: If buying seeds and tubers/cuttings in the same order you are not charged for seed shipping costs.

Europe (EU) Delivery

Shipping for seeds is a flat rate of £3.50 to Europe.
Shipping for tubers is flat rate of £7.50 to Europe.
Shipping for kale cuttings is £8.50 (up to 6 cuttings)
Note: If buying seeds and tubers/cuttings in the same order you are not charged for seed shipping costs.

Worldwide (seeds only)

We can also ship (seeds only) worldwide. If your country does not appear in the shipping options when buying an item please email for assistance. Please check the import restriction for seeds in your country if you live outside the EU.

Returns

We do everything possible to make sure your plants and seeds arrive in good condition and go on to produce healthy plants and tasty vegetables. If you are not happy with your purchase or you have any problem at all, please do tell us right away and we will help to resolve the issue immediately. We value your custom enormously.

We request that customers check their order upon receipt and notify us by email at info@incrediblevegetables.co.uk within seven working days if the Goods are faulty or damaged.

Dependent on the situation, we may ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. We will certainly do everything we can to satisfy a customer who experiences a problem.

Authorised returns must be despatch to the address below within 14 days of authorisation.

Please make sure you include a note with your name, address and order number with any return.

Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend that you send your order back to us using a Tracked & Signed service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products once they have been planted.
