How long will delivery take?

Orders for plants and tubers are usually processed within 14 days and should arrive within two weeks from the date of ordering. Seed only orders are usually processed within 3-5 days. If there is exceptional demand, delivery times may take longer, but we will keep you updated by email and also put a message on the home page of our website. Orders are generally sent by Royal Mail and Parcel Force, but we also use UPS for bulky orders. We aim to get orders out faster than the above guidelines but because of the current Covid situation things are taking a bit longer than our normal service, please bear with us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping for all items is available throughout the UK.  See below for shipping to EU and Worldwide.

 

Mainland UK Delivery

Shipping for seeds is a flat rate of £1.99 in UK.

Shipping for small bulbs & bulbils is a flat rate of £2.95 in UK.

Shipping for bare root onion bulbs / plants £5.95

Shipping for tubers & root offsets is flat rate of £4.95 in UK.

Shipping for perennial kale stem cuttings is £4.95 in UK.

Shipping for large plants 1L and above is flat rate of £8.00 in UK.

Shipping for small plants in 10 – 12cm pots is flat rate of £5.95 in UK.

Shipping costs are combined for multiple items so you will only pay shipping for the heaviest item

Note: If buying seeds and tubers/cuttings in the same order you are not charged for seed shipping costs.

 

Europe (EU) Delivery – WE CAN NO LONGER SHIP TO THE EU
Because of Brexit and the new rules for importing and exporting plants and seeds each order would have to be inspected and tested at a cost of £150 and as small scale producers this is just not feasible for us. We are truly sorry that we cannot send items, this is out of our hands. We realize how difficult this makes it to source the perennial vegetable plants you are looking for.

 

Worldwide delivery

We are unable to ship outside of the UK to the rest of the world due to plant health regulations.

 

Returns

We do everything possible to make sure your plants and seeds arrive in good condition and go on to produce healthy plants and tasty vegetables. If you are not happy with your purchase or you have any problem at all, please do tell us right away and we will help to resolve the issue immediately. We value your custom enormously.

We request that customers check their order upon receipt and notify us by email at info@incrediblevegetables.co.uk within seven working days if the Goods are faulty or damaged.

Dependent on the situation, we may ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. We will certainly do everything we can to satisfy a customer who experiences a problem.

Authorised returns must be despatch to the address below within 14 days of authorisation.

Please make sure you include a note with your name, address and order number with any return.

Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend that you send your order back to us using a Tracked & Signed service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products once they have been planted.
